Please read through this entire page as it contains information on the Group Booking we have set up with Shaadi Destinations + Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) you may have.

As per our resort policy, all guests MUST book their rooms through Shaadi Destinations (linked below) only. Any guest who books their room through a third party website (Expedia, Costco travel etc.) will NOT be able to access the wedding events.

Airport Transfers
✈Roundtrip, shared airport transfers are being provided and coordinated by Hard Rock’s in-house transfer service and hotel concierge, to and from Hard Rock Punta Cana and Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ).
✈2x roundtrip, shared airport transfers are included per room with a minimum of 3 nights stay; additional guests will be covered by Denise and Vishal as a token of appreciation for your attendance.
✈1x checked bag + 1x carry on bag is included per person; hotel could charge an upgrade cost to private service for extra baggage, if necessary.
✈Please fill out one flight information form on the Shaadi Destinations website for each itinerary; if multiple guests are on the same flights round-trip, feel free to fill out just one form.
✈Flights must be submitted 1 month prior to travel - we will not be able to arrange transfers for guests submitting information after this date.

Visa
Travel to Dominican Republic requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires no earlier than 6 months after the date of entry into Dominican Republic. As of April 2018, tickets purchased in the United States include the cost of required Tourist Card, so no additional visa purchase is required before arriving to Dominican Republic for those from the United States. For those from other countries, please check your local Dominican Republic consulate.

✳ When and where is the wedding taking place?
We will be getting married at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Check-in and wedding events will start on Friday May 22, 2026 and check-out will be on Monday May 25, 2024. If you would like to stay longer, we have secured the group discount rate from May 21-28, 2026.
✳ How should I book my travel?
BOOKING YOUR FLIGHT: Feel free to book your air travel in the way that's most convenient to you. As a reminder, we recommend flying into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). To get to the resort, Shaadi Destinations and the Hard Rock will provide ground transfer. 2x roundtrip, shared airport transfers are included per room with a minimum of 3 nights stay; additional guests will be covered by Denise and Vishal as a token of appreciation for your attendance.
BOOKING YOUR STAY: You will be required to book your hotel accommodations at the Hard Rock through our Shaadi Destinations website (linked below) to participate in wedding events and our special room block rates. If you book through a third party site (Expedia, Costco Travel, etc.) you may not be able to attend our wedding events.
✳ Will there be additional costs?
Apart from flights and accommodations, our wedding resort is all-inclusive (inclusive of food, beverages and alcohol). You will only incur additional costs should you avail any spa treatments, excursions outside the resort, food & drinks outside the resort etc.
✳ Where can I get my hair and makeup done for the events?
Our wedding guests at Hard Rock Punta Cana will receive a $200 resort credit per room, per night—and yes, it can be used for glam time at the spa! Just stop by the concierge desk when you arrive to redeem it. We highly recommend booking your hair and makeup appointments early, as those slots go fast, and we want you looking fabulous and feeling stress-free on the big day!

✳ What will the weather be like?
Punta Cana in late May is beautifully warm and tropical! Expect plenty of sunshine with daytime highs in the mid to upper 80s°F (around 29–31°C) and warm evenings in the 70s°F (around 24–26°C). While May marks the beginning of the rainy season, showers are typically brief and pass quickly—perfect for cooling off before the sun returns.
